root@400mhz:/var/www/htdocs# uptime
02:52:41 up 20 days, 3:30, 1 user, load average: 0.32, 0.34, 0.30

This is the first time I've had any machine running this long. I've had no problems whatsoever in the last 20 days with this particular machine (er...I just lied, as I've a problem with the system locking up if I play .mp3s, no matter the mp3 player...I just stopped listening to mp3s on this computer). Specs are below:

root@400mhz:/var/www/htdocs# uname -a

Slackware 8.1 runs on the computer and has 192MB of PC100 RAM, a 400mhz Celeron CPU, and a TNT2 video card, along with an SB16 PCI card. It dualboots W98 but W98 is more of a backup OS, in case I end up hosing something in Linux. There are also a few games installed in W98 (I don't game in Linux...yet).

I spend all day cleaning my computers' area. I didn't quite finish but I have to say that it looks splendid so far. Expect to see webcam pics soon, showing my mini-library of linux/computer books and mags. I need some posters too...wait....wait...why am I rearranging things??? We should be moving within 2 months... :-(

I wanna experiment more with PHP but it seems that using PHP alone is pretty lame...I need to use a database (MySQL or similar) but my web hosting package doesn't support databases (Budget Plan). Grrr...

OK...it's VERY late here. Nite.
